provides an overpriced underwhelming service.I recently used AltaSoft Software Solutions to outsourced my staff augmentation needs. The process was extremely slow and the end product was very poor. The employees I worked with were poorly trained and couldnt even do basic tasks such as filling out forms correctly. Overall this experience was a terrible one and I would not recommend using AltaSoft Software Solutions.

is a complete flopI have been a customer of AltaSoft Software Solutions for over 5 years and I am very disappointed in their actions. First they offer no real value for the money they charge. Their services are extremely expensive and do not seem to be much better than those of other companies out there. Second theirstaff is very unprofessional and unreliable. They often do not meet deadlines or even come close to meeting them. Finally their outsourced staff often does not understand the companys products well enough to provide good service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Ive had service outsourced to other places but it doesnt matter how much you put up AltasSoft cant take the measure of a physical staff. They make you Armstrongs Captial Processing password and expect you to keep it secret This is a business purpose only and AltasSoft should be ashamed of themselves.

Inc. has made great progress in the past year and a half but still has many areas of improvement. I have used altasoft for over four years now and have never had such terrible customer service. The first time I came across it was when I was applying for a job and got turned down because I didnt have an email address.Im since been tells by different employees that they will not be able to help me because altasoft is their only source of inspiration and guidance. They also state that their software is better suited forxxx types of applications. And when I asked for a return policy it was given out of hand by the staff here. Ive even had to leave my company due to fires etc...This user has sentseveral articles about AltisSoft Solutions Inc. a business of staff augmentation and outsourcing making great progress in the past year and a half but still has many areas of improvement.
