I had to change several systems because they were not up to date with the latest software and then when I asked them for help they just said We dont do that and wouldnt give me a refund even though my computer was already gone. Do not waste your time or money with this company

Altek Business Systems is a terrible company. They always trying to put their own personal spin on whatever it is they do and my god they are good at it. The software they offer is terrible and I have tried many different ones in the last few yearsThe software Altek Business Systems offers is bad their customer service is horrible and their systems are atrocious. Ive had trouble with this company for years and its been cooped up in a back room because they never seem to want to get out there and fix whats wrong with the business.

I am currently a employee of altekimaging. I was given the opportunity to sign up for a free trial of their business systems software. I did so and was then able to see a Profit report on my workstation. After I turned off my computer and took possession of my new device I was told that my original trial had been stopped by them because they had received a frame that showed activity from my workstation on another computer. I have now reached the 1-year anniversary of my initial contract with altekimaging and myself. I have not yet heard back from the company or from the customer service team.
