has terrible customer serviceI have had the displeasure of working with altigee.com in the past. Their customer service is atrocious. I have had to call them multiple times just to get a response to a question about my project because they never seem to listen or care. They also never seem to send back your requests quickly enough either. Overall I would not recommend this company unless you are looking for a massive headache and little return on your investment.

is nothing more than a scamI hired altigee to manage my remote development team. I was very disappointed with the service. The first thing they did was charge me for things that were not actually necessary like creating custom invoices and sending out false job offers. They also created a lot of trouble for me which made it difficult to get work done. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com is a website that is dedicated to providing users with user-generated reviews of businesses it has worked with in the past. Unfortunately this review is quite bad.This company is terrible They are incredibly slow and cannot handle any of the jobs they say they can. Ive had to asking for 1-2 services per day and they still dont meet my deadlines. Overall Im not sure what the solution is but Id give them some credit for trying.I am very disappointed with Altigee.coms work ethic and performance. The company provides no feedback on their work or productivity levels which gives me confidence that this business does not meet our high standards for customer service and could be improved there.

However the company has been known to have issues with customer service and there never has been an issue with their equipment or facilities. I guess they dont care about their customers or their cast members comfort levels.I am sorry to hear that Altigee.com has been less than professional with its customer service. We do not of course provide any free services outside of our stand-alone service which is reliable and efficient.
