I would not recommend Altius Mortgage to anyone. The process was incredibly difficult and their customer service was terrible. I had to talk to 4 different people before they were able to create a loan for me and each time they told me the same thing - that they couldnt do anything because my credit score was too low. Overall it was a really bad experience and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend altius mortgage to anyone. The process was very difficult and the customer service was terrible. I ended up getting a loan for a much higher interest rate than I wanted and also lost my job so I couldnt afford the down payment.

Do not go to this company They are the worst. I have bought and sold homes here in Utah and I have never had such a terrible experience. The employees are unprofessional the paperwork is extremely complex and it took me HOURS to get my loan done. Do not bother going to this company

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I applied for a mortgage they were very pushy and made it seem like it was going to be really easy. Once I got the house they never followed up or gave me any good information about what was happening with my loan. They also charged me a lot of money for just one interest rate increase which made the entire process much more painful than it should have been.

I just left altiusmortgage.com and I dont think I will return to this site. The service has ended up being very small female customer service was not helpful at all. All my information was given to her in a email but she was not able to help me out with that either. Overall I didnt have an excellent experience here.

I just moved to Utah and I am not only the latest person to write a bad review but its also the worst.Altius Mortgage is nothing but aangers for Altus Mortgages which is why Ive been using their services already and have never been happier.The first time I ever used Altius Mortgage was when I was buying a home. They were very good at helping me stay within my budget and making sure I had the perfect home for next to no money.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great mortgages in a safe and secure environment.The only thing that could make this more incorrect is that someones bank account got too big with Altius Mortgage and they lost their customer service focus sorry about that.
