I have used this company a few times now and I am really dissatisfied with their services. The first time I had to contact them because my laptop was stolen and the second time because my computer was not working properly. Both times they did not do anything about it and just said that it would be fixed in the next business day. They never called me back so I knew something was wrong. The third time my computer crashed and they could not find the cause of it so they said that would be fixed within 24 hours or else it would cost me 2000 plus shipping. So far this has been a nightmare experience

I am very unhappy with the company Altriva Solutions. I have had a lot of trouble with their customer service and it has been a nightmare. First they did not send me the right software for my business and then when I asked them to try to find another one they said it was impossible. Then when I finally got the software it was not working properly and I had to go through all of the hassle again to fix it. And now this They are charging me almost twice as much for what is essentially the same product than other companies in their field. DO NOT USE ALTRIVA SOLUTIONS

I just got a check from the government here in town and it is cranking again. I was trying to get up to date with my favorite website and all I found were reviews of other businesses that I dont even know. Its been a little while since Ive been this far out of range.Altriva Solutions is a terrible business technology consultant. They are only good for Altriva Solutions Limited which is a company that provides technology services for high value-added applications such as telecommunications information management and eLearning.

They are always quick to make thing personal by changing the reviewetus immediately after a customer makes an issue out of their service or mistake. Make sure to give them no choice though but to see that your demands for justice are met

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I will never go back to them. The best way to describe it is they were always here when I needed them but they didnt get involved in the care of my system. They barely used their phone and left me alone if I wanted something done from time to time. Then Altriva Solutions stepped up and took over. The only thing that has changed now is that the company have developed into a large company and changed their customer service policy. In the old policy Altriva Solutions became the customer service representative knew everything was going on and they would come back to get things done. But now because of its large size and number of customers Altriva Solutions has become very slow and unresponsive. This can be due to either modern technology or a design flaw which allows for quick response times but fails when trying to handle more complicated issues. Both issues are dearly missed byAltriva Customers
