Now it seems that every time I click on their website I type in what is required to sign up for free trial and receive a message that my account has been cancelled. I have never received such an email from this company. I hope that you can fix this issue before it destroys our business.

I just registered with the company alttechgroup.com and everything seemed legit. I was given a support number and they were able to help me out with some issues that I had. However now Im seeing user reviews which are really bad. One customer said that alt tech group is a scam another said it was the worst company theyve ever worked for and still others said the same things. Basically if youre looking for a business thats truly managed IT support services youll probably want to look elsewhere.
