I was extremely disappointed with this company. I called to order a product and the person on the phone couldnt seem to find what they were selling. The website doesnt list any products that are similar to what I wanted so it was very difficult trying to find anything. Customer service was also unhelpful and didnt seem interested in my concerns. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I just got a notice from Alturna Tech that my account has been cancelled. Ive never received a customer service call like this.Im sure this was not an error with their computer system but rather a late date for my account and the fact that I never received a call or email about it.Im disappointed that I had to go through this process to keep my money and future access to be part of the team at Alturna Tech.
