I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered something and it was delivered to my house 2 days late and the item I received was not what I ordered. The customer service rep told me that she could not find the product but because it was rare she offered me a refund. When I asked for the order number she said that she did not keep track of that. She also told me that if I ever had another problem with their products or services to contact her directly. Do not bother using this company - they are nothing more than scam artists

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone was so unhelpful and hostile. She could barely speak English and made it clear that she didnt care about my problem. When I called back the customer service girl was even more unhelpful and hostile. She told me that she couldnt help me because there wasnt anything she could do and that I needed to file a ticket with their support team. In both cases the people I talked to were absolutely terrible.

However some of the reviews on this website are very negative and it is difficult to understand why people would prefer alvacommerce.com over other companies.Company does not always meet my expectations This company does not always meet my expectations. Some times it is good and other times it is bad. I have never had any problem with the service however if they do not always meet my expectations then I believe that it could be because they do not yet reach their potential.
