I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. I ordered two IT services from Alvarez Associates and the whole experience was horrible. The service was slow the techs were unprofessional and they charged me an obscene amount of money for what was essentially just software support. Definitely do not bother using this company

I have had the opportunity to use most of the services offered by AlAV and they are not worth my time or money. The service istumblr and it feels like they work for Google. I have had to contact them many times about issues with their site and their responses are always slow or unreadable.Al Alvarez is a terrible user review site.
