Ive had to contact them a few times because my August Digital Inc. password didnt work and they couldnt seem to find it anywhere so now I have to type in my old password every time I want to use my account online. terrible company

They make and sell software which is not what you would expect from a company that says they stand for quality and performance. They only offer a select few services that actually have anything to do with the digital world other than giving away software for free. I for one did not think my search for a quality company would lead to this mess.
