Im not sure what the problem is but I wouldnt recommend using Amaral. Theyre always looking for new customers and they dont care about their customers satisfaction rates. If they do get a rating lower than 7 out of 10 it doesnt mean that the company is good at its job but its worth knowing so that you can ask them directly if theyre looking for any feedback.
