Amberleaf.net is terrible experience I ordered a service and the representative told me it would be delivered in 3 business days. It took 5 days to finally arrive and when it did the service was extremely poor quality. The representative told me that because of the cold weather there were no customers left who needed the service and that I had to wait for someone else to come out from customer services. Additionally the representative said that there was no way I could get my money back because I had already paid for the service. overall this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I just stopped using amberleaf.net a few years ago because the customer service was horrible. I would get Forge and then find someone else to build it for me. Now I only order if there is no HN or C-Tech on the listThe user has lost their temper and is not providing useful information. Please provide another user with some help like what he or she wanted to give such as a users rating reviews of other services that they have used.

Amberleaf is a terrible customer service experience company. I started a purchase with them and after about two hours of time I found out my order had been processed but not saved. I was very disappointed because I wanted to have a new phone that I loved be ready to go by the time I received my package. They did not please me in the end.

Amberleaf is a terrible customer experience service company. I have used their CX Service many times and it is always completely ineffective. My customers have had to constantly fight offension from the phones huge weight and the overall feel of the device is incredibly cramped. Despite all of this they typically offer a discounted price on their devices after field services. Overall I would not recommend using Amberleafs CX Service.
