"I Am Not Happy With My Experience Using Company"

I am not happy with my experience using company ambientclinical.com. The customer service was cold and geometric. I needed help with a project and did not receive any support whatsoever. I had to contact the seller to get started on their project. There was no way to hassle with the customer service so I gave up and left in protest. Unfortunately this is typical high-water mark syndrome in these days of automated feedback loops and synthies .1I have been usingambientclinical.com for about a year now and I have to say its a good company when you need it to be. However there are times when the customer service is Black Hole unlike anything I have ever seen before....atta fixer Ambient Clinical is all about providing great software - they provide real-time analytics for your projects - but they definitely cannot beaccommodating in the same way as some of the other online vendors you might encounter in your

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they should be able to provide better customer service. I had a great experience using their services but when I tried to report a mistake he was away at work so I couldnt do it through his account. It was frustrating and made it difficult to use the service. Thank you for your attention however small things can make a big difference
