I have been using American Automation Security Solutions for over 10 years and they have always provided excellent service. Their security guards are always on site to help with anything that may need to be done even if its a small thing like changing a light bulb. They make sure that any property or business I work on is protected from crime by providing the best physical security possible. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and will never be able to provide the level of service that they promise. I have had to call them multiple times because my security guard is unable to come because he is out of town on vacation. Do not bother using this company if you want quality security services - their prices are outrageous and their customer service sucks.

1. Dont use this company if you want your security services to go the extra mile They do a terrible job at making sure their clients are satisfied with their service and in the end they only offer mediocre results. I had one incident where they came to my house and installed a mobile patrol on my porch - after the fact I found out that they were not even licensed and did not have permits for such a request Needless to say I do not recommend them at all.

I have had the pleasure of working with American Automation Security Solutions for the last four years now and can honestly say that they are the best physical security services in the business. They have helped us with our security for events security at my parents vacation home and now this year we had them do our property management office. They were great on Campus Security at University of Utah and makes sure all department meetings are secure.I highly recommend American Automation Security Solutions to anyone looking for physical security services clear contractor facility security solutions and asset protection services.

I recently worked with American Automation Security Solutions AAS and was very disappointed in their services. The company does not seem to understand about American Automation Securitys problem with getting physical security for their sites. They would send out extra security guards but would not leave any space for contractors to work. Plus the companies wide variety of services included clear contractor facility security services which was important for clear response time to alarm events but AAS cannot even find out how much money each company is making. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.
