If youre interested in leaving a bad review my advice is to do so quickly because it could get you benched from the company.AmericanHelp Desk is nothing but a terrible help desk service center. I have been using their services for just over a month now and have not had one issue arise. However when I reported an issue they were response was incredibly slow which made me feel like they care about my experience only to find out that their team was unable to solve the problem. In other words American Help Desk is nothing more than someone who should be doing better by our customers. Some things we need to change are making sure customer service concerns are addressed early on in situation such as reporting an issue then trying to fix it also changing staff members who seem unaware of what has happened during the previous visitcase and having another case coordinator living with each shift so that everyone knows what to do etc. - user
