does not have the best customer service.I bought a digital camera from them and the software they sent me did not work. I had to go back to their store and get a new one because the old one was defective. The second time I had to email them multiple times because they were not responding to my messages. They charged me for something that never happened and then said it would be 6 weeks before my money was actually paid out. Overall their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I couldnt even sign in because the site wouldnt let me input my valid email address. Save your time and money and try elsewhere.

However I have found their customer service to be horrible and my last review to be true. Here it isIve had good experience with Ami Imaging Systems before but lately its been worst than ever. The customer service here is terrible. Ive had people who have had bad experiences with them and are giving away their accounts today because of how terrible the customer service is.
