I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality products and service. I have had two problems with my home amiFactory Team product- one was a defective panel that required a return and the other was an entire air handler that stopped working after only six months.both incidents were reported to their customer service team who did nothing about it. Overall I would not recommend this company for any reason

Do not bother with this company. They are in the business of making your life harder. I had to call them three times because they keep forgetting my address and then after I finally gave them the right one they said that it was already delivered and noone ever came out to take it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

AmiFactory is a terrible business. They are always caught between trying to be customer-centric and also meeting the needs of their customers. So they often end up being just doing what theyre told without getting away from the point of view of the customer. For example they always use the fact that their customers are always online to require an answer to a question theyve been asking for years - why isnt your website working Their customer service is often quite ghastly.

All of their products are nothing more than common sense and safety tips for getting things done quickly easily and efficiently. If AmiFactory isnt your thing then dont bother investing in their product line-up.
