"I Have Had Several Issues With Amkai.com And Their Customer"
Amkai, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had several issues with amkai.com and their customer service. The first time was when I got a software that wasnt up to date with the latest medical trends. Second was when they didnt seem to understand how to add a product to the shopping cart - necessitating another call back which ended with them giving me an issue number which I couldntanswer and telling me that they would take care of it. Third when I realized that my fantasy Cubase had been added to one of their on-base programs as if it were factored into the price collaterals it isnt but received a message about not being able to find what youre looking for because we dont keep track of whats in stock at each store Finally some people have received emails about not being able to pick up work from out of town locations like myself due simply because they are outside the United States Randolph L
