And then about an hour later I get a call from the customer service representative saying that because of some computer issue my service wont arrive until tomorrow What kind of company is this

"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service"

I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I was promised a call back within an hour and then never received a call back. The tech who came to my house said he could not do anything because the computer was stuck on some software update. My phone would not turn on so I thought it might be the battery but when I tried turning it off and on again nothing happened. Finally after spending hours trying to fix this stupid thing I gave up and called customer service. The lady who answered the phone seemed like she barely knew what she was doing and couldnt help me at all. She told me that they dont do repairs or replacements for computers because there are too many people using them now and they can only offer advice on how to troubleshoot the issue myself which is really no help. If youre looking for a company that will try to scam you out of your money amnetsystems.com is definitely not

The customer service person Sean was very helpful and knows more about technology than I did when I started. They have same answer every time try something new and thats how this business has been doing well for years by using up your resources like this.
