I am a customer of Amplya and I have had nothing but negative experiences with them. The first time I used their software it failed to work correctly. They kept telling me it was my computer and even said they couldnt help me because the software was from another company. After trying multiple times and getting no response from their customer service department I decided to go ahead and cancel my subscription. My next experience was much worse. I tried using the software to create a new account for my business and when I got started it wouldnt let me create an account at all because there were errors in their system. They said that it wasnt their mistake - it was mine Even though they admitted that they made a mistake they still refuse to do anything about it. In addition their customer service is terrible - they dont respond to emails or phone calls whatsoever. If youre looking for a company that will not provide quality software or customer service then Am

Theyre also possible that they will not be able to help me at all. Overall I have had excellent experiences with Amplya but unfortunately this company does not stand out as a better option than others.
