I have been using Ams-Softwares EHREMR SOAP Note Software for a few months now and am very satisfied with the product. I have had many problems with other software products but the Ams- SOFTWARE team has always been willing to help me out and solve my issues. I highly recommend this software to anyone in need of an effective and easy-to-use note solution.

I have had three problems with this software. The first was when I received the software it did not work at all. I had to email the company and they sent me a new one right away. Second problem was that the program would not open because it said it needed to be updated. Third problem was that my computer crashed and now my files are gone so I am out of money for another years subscription.oston company ams-software is not worth your time or money

I have had problems with Ams-Software.com for years now. I have sent them questions and been told that they will get back to me. However I havent received any answers to my questions. Now Im pretty sure its because they are just getting started as now they have ams-software.com in mind. Not only that but Ams-Software.com will not take responsibility for their actions and instead says that they take no responsibility for the problems that you are having. Sorry about the bad review it was made while being very frustrated with them

I have had a bad experience with company ams-software.com. The software I needed to solve my familys first job title was not available for sale at my location until after they had already been sold. I called them a wonderfully welcoming customer service representative and said I would like to try a free trial so that I could be sure of what I was getting. She offered me the 50 credit against my next purchase which was really helpful. However within minutes of opening the box that was included in my subscription the app started to crash and refused to restart. My family of six use an MacBook and it barely could get the app running at all. We had to take off and leave for work over 10 days without any help from ams-software.com. I do not think that this company should be responsible for such an issue.1
