"These People Are The Worst."

These people are the worst. I have had my home air conditioning system installed by them twice now and both times it has not worked right. The first time they were very nice and said they would get someone to come out to fix it as soon as possible but no one ever came out. Then when I called them a few days later they said that the person who install my system wasnt available because he was on vacation. They told me that if I wanted an advisor to come out and look at the system then I needed to pay for that service and wait 8 weeks until he came back into town. So instead of getting someone who actually knows what theyre doing Im stuck with a system that doesnt work and is going to cost me more money in the long run just because these people wont do their job properly.

I just bought aiers Baxter air purifiers and its very important to me that they work. I found amsihvac.com through a search for AMSI experts and commercial and was if they could help me with the air purifiers. But quickly realized this is a useless post.

I just moved out of amsihvac.com and I am so disappointed. They keep saying they dont sell products here but they do. I had the misfortune of working for them for 4 years and I have never received a single product training on how to use their services. The customer service is always cold or nothing is given at all. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
