I dont think Ive ever had anything negative to say about this company but they sure do make me nervous. The first time I used their services they were terrible. They wouldnt even start the computer and said it was because they didnt have the correct software installed. Which of course is why I never used them again...

I just moved and my old IT company was before they were located. I got a new nology laptop and started trying to access my data that was stored on the old IT company. I could access it but it was non-existant within the IT company. I got an e-mail from their customer service about this too. I tried to call them but they were busy. So I decided to try their customer service number. They told me that my old IT company was still active and there were some issues with it but they would have a person take care of it for me. So I give them my old IT company number and they tell me that their customer service is active again and they will take care of it for me.
