I was this companys customer service person for a while and I can say that they are terrible. They were always slow to help me with my issues and the support people there were usually quite unhelpful. Not to mention the chat parts are quite frustrating because you cant ask for help on how things are going only getbacker couldnt do that so wellAnasec has great customer service but company is terrible in terms of page redirection
