I just signed up for IT services. company ancgroup.com providesPoor Quality Services. I have not been impressed with their service so far. They have never arrived at my house acknowledgement or representation from my computer I have had to call them multiple times they do notology and finally got a help desk person who said she couldnt get me anyone in the customer service line to tell me differently nothing changed nothing was provided especially when it comes to technical support there is no Meet The Customer meeting like that which is expected of all such companies
