"I Have Used This Company For Years And"

I have used this company for years and I have never had a problem. However the past year or so they have been doing something that has really upset me - they are charging customers more to get their services than they are worth. For example if youre paying 75 for an Ancyra Solutions Ltd service and then your next bill is 101 they will charge you 7 extra In addition theres also an annual fee of 29 which gets added on top of all these charges. This is not what I expected from a company that was supposed to be in the business of helping people keep their businesses going.

I just had a hugeOK but Im not sure if it was a mistake or not. Were new customers and weve been having problems with company ancyrasolutions.co.uk for the last few months. They seem to be very bad at their job. Ive tried to call them multiple times but they dont always answer the phone. They leave a message that theyre sorry for the inconvenience but they will try to help and then they never do anything.Im not sure what this is about but its a pretty bad user review and I dont think that anyone should be given a customer service account like this.
