I was incredibly disappointed with Andela.com. The website is extremely basic and unprofessional. The user interface is also very poor making it difficult to navigate around the site. Additionally there is a lack of available resources for users which results in them being unable to find what theyre looking for. Overall I was not impressed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Dude stop the horrible customer service. Ive been a client of Andela for over two years now and have had to deal with some really terrible things. First off their customer service is absolutely terrible. They wont do anything to help you and will only tell you to go ahead and file a complaint. Second their website is absolutely terrible. Its slow clunky and doesnt seem to be very well designed. If youre looking for an online platform thatll help you find opportunities and connect with brilliance look elsewhere

I was really disappointed with my experience via e-mail and phone support. I was promised an email notification when my order shipped but there was no notification. I had to contact the customer service number and ask for a refund. They were response was Automated so you cant really make a case against it.Ella com only offers connections between genius people and opportunity. If youre looking for help figuring out how to get ahead like everyone else then forget this company.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Andela.com. The control over biochemistry and pharmacies was Unfortunately not a good thing We were really trying to use what we learned and were not able to do anything that we wanted to do.We wont buy our next product from this company.
