I have had a bad experience with Andersonpc.com. The website was easy to use and very reliable but I had a problem with their pricing model. They would give me a quote for a product and then cannot pay for it until I gave them my credit card information. It was really frustrating because I wanted to try the product out on my own and get the best price.

I have had a bad experience with AndersonPC. I started a purchase and my phone was lost. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They found my phone for me. However after using AndersonPC for so long I have developed a bad habit of rating companies into the above 3rd party category. So I was very disappointed when Andersonpc.coms product quality died by the wayside in order to focus on their personal brand. Its not that they didnt do anything wrong but that it happened too late and made people feel like it was their fault. Hopefully company CEO can fix the problem and make this right because it is public information and people are watching us.
