A&I Solutions, Inc, Review Specifics:
Inc.I just started working with AI Solutions and was really impressed with the customer service. However Ive had some bad experiences that Im sure all customers should avoid. First they telling me to change my name and location multiple times in order to get a better match. Then they asking for unique information like my company name and number when I upsells their software. Overall Ive had great experiences but please dont take my word for it - letters to the editor vary greatly in terms of customer experience across different companies.I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at AI Solutions. The customer service was terrible and they were always difficult to work with. They asked for too much from me and I didnt give in to their demands. Instead of giving out information that would have helped me they tried to sell me their product without letting me know what it was. It was very frustrating because I love knowing how things work - I would recommend this company to anyone
