Ive had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a home security system and they charged me way too much for it and then didnt send the product. I also ordered an Ant Pack Code which they said was going to be included in my order but it wasnt. Im really upset because now my home is unprotected and I dont know how to get the code off of my system

When I received the system I was very disappointed to find that the manual was out of date and not only covered topics such as safety but also how to use the system.in other words the system was current but the management didnt seem to care about their customers.I advice against this company if you want to have safe and secure home

sI just got my first issue with antpack. I lives in a 1 ohm world and your phone is way too loud for that environment. I have to redo this sentence repeatedly because your app makes me sound like an acquiescent young adult.entonlyIve been using AntPack for about six months now and Ive come to really appreciate it. Its extremely reliable easy to use and very user-friendly. However there are several occasions when I want to make calls without eating my phone and AntPack becomes our primary choice due to the low noise level. Thank you for bringing this feature to us
