DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR REQUESTS FOR PAYMENTS. I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE TAX MANAGEMENT BOARD AFTER THEIR SERVICES FAILED ME AGAIN. ANYBILL DOESNT EVEN ACCEPT RETURNS OR PAYMENT DUE TO THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Dont waste your time with this company. They are not able to do anything to help you pay your taxes. I called them and left messages and never received a response. Save yourself the trouble and just use another tax payment service

If youre looking for a quick and easy way to get your taxes paid Anybill.com is not the solution you want to try. The company values customer satisfaction high and has yet to found one who has stuck around long enough to submit a review. Of the customers who have given it serious attention just two have been unhappy with it. Either they make mistakes or the service is slow or clumsy. The one positive review was given by a woman who said herachery was always good service. So far so good... However after giving it another chance there I membranes have come out . . . I have never had a positive experience with anybill.com. The customer service was horrible and they keepagging me to their website to pay my taxes. Im not able to even find out how to get started in the program.This company is just an overall negative experience especially because they keep tagging you as a user despite never being able to complete a single task herselfyouselfIf you want a company that provides good tax payment services then this might be the one for you. But if your user reviews are anything like this one then dont trust them at all.

If youre looking for a service that will let you pay your taxes online Anybill is definitely the place to go. However there all of the sudden become several issues I have with it. 1 The website is constantly out of date with the latest technology and 2 The customer service is terrible.The customer service is terrible. I spoke to an idiot state trooper who was more interested in telling me that he could not help me as I was not wearing a badge. Then right after I had given up on them they finally did get to me and were using her name and phone number.
