"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service From A"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called about an issue with my computer and the guy who answered the phone said it would be fixed within 24 hours and then told me that he couldnt do anything because the company was out of stock. So I spent another hour on the phone with someone who didnt even know what they were talking about. In the end I got a new computer and no help from AOS-EVV.com.

I have had issues with this company before. They will do everything they can to try and get my money but they dont always live up to their promises. If they do its because its an experiment and not actually able to meet your expectations.ulture of the customer is important to these companies so please see if you can improve your approach to customer service.Omni office solutions is a company that seems like a good idea until they screw up our user review for them. TheyAOSsolutions seem to be promising something but never doing it then trying to fix what was done wrong in order to make things right again. So far so good for Omni office solutions but well see how long THEY can keep this up.

I am sure that aos-evv.com is a great company and I have been using their products for a while now. However I have never had any bad experience with them. However I do not think that they are doing a good job. They are constantly updating their products on a daily basis which can be frustrating because it needs to be updated regularly. The website is alsooglserrible because it doesnt seem to know how to use the computers or anything else actually.I would give them a negative review because they are not doing anything right here
