We just got our new computer and after buying the software it turns out that our old one was crashed by someone who used ap-its.com The support person we spoke to said that there is no way he could help us because our old computer wasnt covered under their service plan-- even though it had been bought six months earlier. Were not happy about this at all and would recommend anyone looking for a good IT consulting company to avoid ap-its.com
