I have never used this company before and Im really not sure what to expect. When I got my kit it was very poorly packaged and there were a lot of scratches on it. The software is pretty user-unknown and doesnt work at all. It also says that you need an Xbox 360 for this to work but the kit I received didnt come with one. The website is terrible too - its always full of errors and the pages dont load properly. Overall Im extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone

Im not sure what I expected from Apache.co.uk but nothing like this. The website is terrible and the virtual reality aspect of it is really terrible. The Kinect was also a disaster - it wont work at all and theres no way to fix it. Save your money and dont use this company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and their products are terrible. I have had two issues with them and both times they were very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about my problem. Overall I was very disappointed with this company.

Do not use this company if you want your virtual reality experience to be anything other than terrible. If youre looking for an online store that sells augmented reality headsets then look elsewhere. The customer service is also incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when it comes to resolving issues.

They are terrible at their jobs and I cant stand them either. If you want something that youre not getting from other online retailers then stay away from Apache.

I was really excited to try this product after seeing it being mentioned in different user reviews. I was met with a major disappointment after trying to use the app and finding that the experience was terrible. TheVR feels like a dream and the words VR is for 8-bit kids were written all over the screen in a very childish manner. I cant believe that people would rate this app such a disaster based on this one experience.
