Apex is a terrible business. They are always quick to start a war and try to take over the market. Their customer service is terrible also. I have had to call them up multiple times because my phone was going crazy trying to figure out what was happening. The best way to ways to get help with Apex is probably go through their email notifications. You can also say hello or goodbye in an email and they will be like Hey were sorry but we dont offer that service. Apex is a horrible company and their customer service is worse than any other company I have ever seen.
