Corp. is a complete messAdmittedly I have had some negative experiences with Apex Technology Corp. in the past but this one tops them all. The company is terrible at customer service and actually tries to scam their customers out of money. Their Managed IT services are particularly bad - theyre often very slow and incompetently run and cant seem to keep up with the ever-changing needs of their clients. In short if you need help with your computer or IT issue dont go to Apex Technology Corp. - youll be more than happy to find someone whos better qualified and willing to charge you a fortune for that service

Corp. is a rip-off company that promises to help you with your computer problems and provides very little in return. I was extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.I contacted Apex Technology Corp. after my computer stopped working and they said they could help me fix it within the next day or two. However after about two weeks of being told this I still had no luck getting my computer fixed. In addition the cost for their services was extortionate - I paid over 600 for just one service call Needless to say I dont recommend Apex Technology Corp. to anyone.

However anything that matters now is what they are doing for your computer and help you with his customer service.
