I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a home security system on their website and the product arrived broken and unreadable. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and did not seem to understand how their product works. I would never recommend them to anyone.

ApexTech has been such a big machine and they have been known to make mistakes. The best example is when they were featured on a show like This Republic of Letters where they made some really bad claims. They have since fixed the mistake and are now one of the better companies in the market. But be warned their user reviews can be very negative
