I had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the customer service is terrible. I was billed for 2 months of service that I never received. Second of all my account was suspended without any warning or explanation. I had to go through their website to find out what happened and it turns out that my account was suspended because I didnt have any money in it Needless to say this experience was very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I never had any issues with this company until recently when I started having trouble logging into my account. All of a sudden my account was suspended without warning and I couldnt do anything about it. Its now been more than two weeks and no one has told me what happened to my account or how to get it back up and running again. Do not use this company if youre ever having problems with your account

Im not sure what the problem is but I somehow feel that company apol.com.bd is not worth your time or money. Ive been spending my whole money on ATMs and its been going great until now. Ive had to switch banks a few times because of small amount errors but its just too much trouble to keep getting back to the bank. Overall Im not impressed with company apol.com.bd and would not recommend them to anyone.
