is a scamI was scammed by App47.com. I paid for an app that never existed and then were told my money would be used to develop new apps. In fact my money was spent on nothing but vanity projects - all of which the developers never finished or released. The only good thing about this experience is that I changed my story before they could do any damage so hopefully no one else gets taken in too.
