I was extremely disappointed with Appacus. I had high hopes for it based on the positive reviews but my experience was anything but that. The app is terrible and difficult to use. There are no step-by-step instructions or tutorials available which makes it very difficult to get started. Additionally the team working on the app is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. It took me weeks of struggling with the app to finally realize that there were actually people in charge instead of a bunch of software developers who just wanted me to give up. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for an efficient and user-friendly product.

I am not a big fan of this company. Their products are terrible and the customer service is horrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they have never been able to help me out. The appacus studios themselves are also really bad - their employees are always so rude and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I have never had such a bad experience with an appacus.us service. I created a project at appacus.com and it did not work out. I tried again with a different app cessioanment company and this time it would not work either. I even uninstalled and re-installed the software but it still wouldnt work. I gave up and left in tears. Do not bother trying to do your business on appacus.us.The users review is negative and reflects only past experiences with the company. They claim that they have had problems with their current service as well so it seems like this is their main problem - that they are simply using the wrong platform to do their job right. In addition the article does not mention the fact that the company has a terrible customer service attitude towards people who try to use their services

Im not sure what the company appac.us is all about but I dont think its that good. Ive been working with an apprac.us crew for a few months and theyre always doing something wrong from our project down to the individual users themselves. Always putting their own spin on things which can be really advantageous in terms of getting things done but which also gets them into trouble in the end.I dont think anyone should have to worry about being taken advantage of like this and Id just recommend looking elsewhere if youre looking for Agile Product Development Studio - Appacus.
