The IT Support company appalachiatech.com is terrible I have had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and they are always so unhelpful and snippy. The mechanicsburg PA location is also terrible - the employees there are always talking on their cell phones and not helping anyone. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

Ive had good experiences there but theyre not without their own risks. Service is expensive and they dont always have the best of everything but they are worth the money you spend.
