and manage customers accountsDo not use this app It is terrible. The first time I tried to log in it said my password was incorrect and required a new one. Second time I had to go through the entire process of resetting my password again because the app didnt remember my old one. And finally the most recent time - I couldnt even get into my account because it was closed for maintenance. Do not bother using this app

Im not a user of the company appatizer.us program myself but I have used their customer service and phone support several times now. The last time was for a problem with my account they were able to get it fixed for me. So I would say that their customer service is pretty good if you need it to be. However the appatizer.us program is pretty bad - worst of all is that they are from Ohio im not saying that this is going to be an issue but still...

Im not a happy customer of company appatizer.us. I havee been using their app for many years and has never been an issue. However recent changes make it seem like they are tryna be in the business of WHMCS - LoginThe company appatizer.us is a bad experience. They are always trying to up the competition against me by offering new offers that are never delivered or unworkable. Also the customer service is terrible- they always seem to be busy doing something else and never help me out. I would not recommend this company to anyone
