However when it comes to this business it looks like they are German. For example. Their customer service is always good. However when I tried to make a call they were not willing to take a phone call and my number was not being sent through to the callback unit. I had to keep trying even though their customer service was not willing to take a phone call and my number wasnt being sent through to thecallback unit. Eventually I got an email from them letting me know that my number had been called back and that they would be able to send a phone call back out so that I could talk to them again. Unfortunately this didnt happen and I get an email from them letting me know that my number had been called back but that they have since lost the signal and will not be able to send a phone call back out.Im really disappointment with how this company works but its just something that might happen in the future.
