I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I started using company appinnovators.com for web design and mobile app development in order to expand my business. I was completely satisfied with the products and services they offered. However this past year they have changed their entire customer service attitude and has taken away all of the benefits I had enjoyed about their product. Now instead of getting customer service issues resolved quickly they are slow and dont always have any new updates to give. In addition the support ticket system is terrible - it takes forever to get back to customers who need help. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
