DepartmentI am writing this letter to apply-ds.com in order to provide feedback on an issue I experienced with the company. My computer was working fine but then again my last experience with this company was really bad.Applied Digital Solutions is a ridiculous business model and should not be used as a platform for customer service or software development. I had the misfortune of dealing with aCustomer Service Department that wasnt even good at providing assistance - they just wanted me to change my account number which I did without ever getting anything back in return actually they seemed like maybe they would ship me a new machine instead of just giving me a brand new one. In fact after years of Use ofand Services by means of their products and services now I actually have quite enough money saved up left over All these problems were caused when I first joined the team - if youre going to do whats right for your customers 3 times out Of 4 time then you might
