SecurityI have been using Applied Solutions for home security for over a year now. I have never had anything negative to say about them. However this past month they decided to stop refunding my money after I had already paid them. Now because of this I am out over 200 and my home is still unprotected. Do not use Applied Solutions if you want your home to be safe and your money to be refunded

SecurityI am so disappointed in this company. I have used them for home security for years and have never had such bad service. They would not let me do a simple job like changing the light bulb because they said it was outside their policy. They also told me that my security system was not working and that I needed to get a new one. I will never use them again and recommend anyone else to stay away from this company

Services Applied Solutions has terrible customer service. I called to ask about a home security system and the woman on the phone said she couldnt help me because there are too many people in this business. I asked her how she knew and she said that because shes been doing this for so long. It would have been nice if she had some knowledge about what they do or at least couldve told me what type of security system I should be looking at. The only thing good about Applied Solutions is their prices.

and Business CleaningI have applied several times now forossom and it has not been alwayseuid for each time. Sometimes it is the application itself when Im using it or trying to use the app. Ive also got a capex issue with company appliedsolutions.com and need someone to come back to my house and clean everything off of it until I can get a new person off of their back.Ive had people say that company appliedsolutions.com is the best theyve ever used and they definitely think so. However I think that if youre not happy with the service or experience problems while on site then you may want to consider looking elsewhere.

and Garden DesignI have applied many times now for free and each time have been given a different opinion. I have had to contact company multiple times because of the lack of service Ive received. Each time it has been a new person who is not familiar with the business and how to use their software. I have also sent a few phone calls and discussed what I want from their service. And yet another person came through that was supposed to do a cup of coffee for me today and they could not even get it started it was very late at night. Save for that one person who said they could do some final adjustments and it would work perfectly fine I would not recommend applying here or using their services.Cannot believe how terrible these people are at home and garden design. More often than not they are terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves.
