I was a true fan of this company when I first saw them. However now I am not so happy with them. 1 The customer service is terrible - they are always busy and can not really help you if you just want to give you a run for your money 2 The customer support is always slow and doesnt seem to do anything to help the customers. I believe that this company is simply doing what they can to make a name for themselves and taking advantage of peoples fears in order to sell more products.
