I used this company to set up an appointment for my grandson with a doctor. The apptelic website said the doctor was available but when I called there was nobody on staff to take my call. The phone rang and rang until someone finally answered it and it was the wrong person They told me I needed to go to their office which is in a completely different city than where I wanted to meet my grandson. Save your time and money - dont use Apptelic.

I have never had such terrible service from an Apptelic company. First of all when I asked for help with a problem my reply was always delayed and then after a week it still hadnt arrived. Secondly the customer service person who answer the phone is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Lastly the app is terrible - it doesnt work very well and takes forever to load. Overall dont use this company - they are not worth your time or money

I have had a terrible experience with Apptelic.com. I ordered an app and it never arrived and then when I tried to use the app it didnt work. I called them and they said it was my fault and that they would send me a new one. They never did and now the app isnt working at all. Save your money and dont go through this company

I am very disappointed with the user review for company apptelic.com. The website is easy to use and my phone has been working perfectly fine for weeks now. If you are running this website I would strongly suggest you take a look because I have no reason to believe that anything inside is wrong. Unfortunately this one has been coming back up lately so I will keep an eye on it.

Im not sure what the problem is but its not what you do. The app is great for making phone calls and you can talk to customers face-to-face if theyre needin help. But what happens when they stop talking Well we got their fraud case closed last night - thank God Apptelics customer service is just like the other ones Ive used before but this one was Twittering and having too much fun. Its sort of infectious.
