I was very disappointed with this company. The apptroit.com website is nothing more than a scam. I was promised an appointment for an apptroit.com representative to come out and look at my computer but never received any communication from them whatsoever. The only thing that makes this site seem legit is the fact that they have a good reputation in the industry. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I did not have an apptroit.com account and was told I needed to create one in order to use the site. After creating a new account I had to enter my phone number and email address in order to get an appointment. The whole process was very difficult and took forever.
