They are not qualified to provide any sort of service or advice in the area of public safety and their customer service is nonexistent at best. I would never recommend them to anyone especially if you need help with anything related to university public safety

Im not sure what the company is that they are providing customer service for but I would expect better when it comes time to help someone who has just lost their job.The customer service here is terrible. I called today after getting my notice about my job loss and it was like all of a sudden everyone in the store was Speak English It was really frustrating. No one wanted to talk to me and I had to keep gettingWere sorry this is something we dont have any moreRAWR

I was this companys customer service person for many years. I never had the best experience when it came to this organization and when I did have an issue I was always helped by these people. But lately things have been different. The customer service here has been terrible. They are always happy to help but they dont really care about their customers. I advice myself and any other customers not to do business with this company.

I am writing to inform of the serious threat facing our school and the terrible decisions made by someone in charge. Company aps.rutgers.edu has impacted not only my academic career but also the safety and well-being of the students and staff. This was done in direct violation of our agreement and I amtake action to ensure that this doesnt happen again.It has been so difficult to take care of our safe and healthy school district without the help of Company aps.rutgers.edu. Our office is constantly being threatened and infiltrated by somebody who wants to take over control. Its their job to protect us but they cant do it alone. I will continue work hard towards making sure this doesnt happen again and I hope people will listen to me and put company aps.rutgers.edu behind bars for their actions
